Appalachian Court Reporting’s certified legal video specialists are part of our team, that is, our in-house team. We don’t farm that work out to videography companies on a subcontracting basis. Appalachian Court Reporting has nationally certified videographers as a part of firm as we take a total team approach to work together with the rest of our team to provide you a video that will ensure that the jurors or the judge not only hear the spoken word but see every movement the witness makes and it is the goal of our videographers to provide a product that makes the jurors feel as if they are actually watching the witness testify from the stand at that very moment. A videotaped deposition along with the actual transcript shown right beside it will allow the jury to truly evaluate the credibility of the witness being deposed. Video text synchronization and time-stamping will create a lasting impression on the judge, jury, and opposing counsel as they view the synchronized transcripts and video played together. Nothing looks sharper than a video that is synchronized to the deposition and even exhibits displayed as they are referenced, making the deposition video text searchable.
