Appalachian Court Reporting’s full-time staff knows when you call to set a deposition or call because of a last-second need for a reporter that was not scheduled or an emergency hearing that you need reported, you expect quick, courteous help that ends in results. We will do everything it takes to assist you in your court reporting needs in a fast and professional manner. As you can see from our web page, there are emergency numbers to call, including my personal cell phone number of 706.781.5724. If you have called our office number at 706.745.4455 and it is busy or the message recorder kicks in, that means our staff is on the other line and do not realize the emergency you are facing. If that happens, please call my personal cell number. If you can’t reach me by the third ring, send a text. It could be as simple as I am also on the other line helping a client and do not realize the emergency request for court reporting services on the other line.
